My client is building a next-generation Layer 1 Blockchain with a distinct competitive advantage. Backed by top-tier investors, they're on a mission to create something outstanding. For their expected token launch end of year / beginning of next year, they are looking for a world-class Chief Marketing Officer (m/f/d) as their first marketing hire to own and lead their go-to-market and brand strategy from the ground up.





  • Build & Execute Full-Stack Marketing: Own strategy and execution across brand, content, community, events, partnerships, and performance


  • Lead Token Launch Communications: Develop and deliver an end-to-end go-to-market plan around our token generation event (TGE), including narrative, community campaigns, influencer activations, and media strategy


  • Drive Ecosystem Growth: Work with BD and ecosystem leads to bring developers, validators, and early partners onto the chain. Create marketing materials, growth campaigns, and onboarding funnels


  • Own Content & Communications: From whitepapers to Twitter threads, set the tone across all public-facing materials. Coordinate PR, AMAs, speaking opportunities, and more



  • Ground-Floor Opportunity: Be the first marketing leader at one of the most ambitious Layer 1s in the space
