About the role:

The Hostess is the first impression of the restaurant, knowledgeable about menus, ingredients, and guest preferences. She is the initial point of contact for guests in Crust Restaurant and is responsible for designing memorable experiences. This role focuses on providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

What you will do:
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers
  • Manage the host stand, review reservations, and make recommendations for table setup
  • Ensure cleanliness of dining areas and check tables before opening to ensure proper setup
  • Develop thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Restaurant Manager
What you bring:
  • One to two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel is preferred
  • Ability to operate computer systems related to food & beverage service
  • Strong communication skills
