Harding+ seeks Liquor Sales Specialists to join our onboard cruise retail teams. You will help guests discover and enjoy premium spirits, explaining flavour profiles and making thoughtful recommendations for gifts or occasions.

Role involves supporting tastings, seminars, and events, maintaining stock and compliance, and sharing knowledge with the team. A strong hospitality mindset and English fluency are essential.

Formación

• Experience in liquor retail, duty free, hospitality, mixology or brand ambassador work.
• Strong knowledge of different spirits and flavour profiles.
• Confidently discuss spirits, serves, gifting options and brand stories.
• Ability to host or support tastings, demonstrations, seminars or promotional events.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and maximise opportunities.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to share knowledge.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Help guests discover, understand and enjoy our premium liquor range.
• Introduce products with confidence and explain differences between spirits.
• Lead or support tastings, seminars, in-store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Maintain visual standards, stock handling and compliance across onboard boutiques.
• Share product knowledge with the wider team to elevate guest experiences.
