Job summary

Harding is seeking Chanel Beauty Advisors to join on-board cruise teams. You will promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrances, provide personalised consultations, and perform full makeovers for guests worldwide.

You’ll work in a high-end retail environment, aiming to meet sales targets and drive guest traffic through events and demonstrations. Accommodation and meals are provided on board, with visas and seafaring documents arranged.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background in premium beauty products.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales ability.
• Proven public speaking and showcase skills.
• Willingness to work at sea and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests.
• Performs full makeovers and demonstrates techniques.
• Meets and exceeds monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Stock control and inventory management, merchandising adherence.
• Creates memorable on-board retail experiences and drives guest traffic.
• Develops product knowledge and brand culture; participates in events.
