Job summary
Harding+ is seeking Liquor Sales Specialists to join onboard retail teams on cruise ships worldwide. You’ll help guests discover and enjoy premium spirits, talk through flavour notes, and recommend products for gifts or personal celebrations.
You’ll support tastings, demonstrations and promotional events, engaging small groups and turning interest into sales while maintaining stock, visuals, and compliance with the wider team. Fluency in English is required, with extra languages a bonus.
Qualifications
- Experience in liquor retail, duty free, hospitality, mixology, bar work, brand ambassador work or premium retail.
- Strong knowledge of different spirits such as whisky, rum, gin, vodka, tequila, cognac or liqueurs.
- Confidence discussing flavour profiles, serves, cocktail ideas and gifting options.
- Ability to host or support tastings, demonstrations, seminars or promotional events.
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and maximise every opportunity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
