A Day in the Life

You will be part of the TURMECA Strategic Marketing Enterprise (SME) team, supporting opportunity identification through designing validation approaches, building data collection and analysis platforms, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decisions, and streamlining data governance processes in collaboration with the Strategic Marketing Operations (SMO) team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analysis on relevant data for strategic projects.
• Create reports and data visualizations (e.g., dashboards) to support growth objectives and develop tracking tools and metrics architecture.
• Support the annual 5-year strategic planning, AOP, rolling forecasts, and analytical tasks related to the Latest Business Estimate (LBE) in partnership with SMO.
• Collaborate with SMO business analysis teams to collect data and align reporting approaches.
• Identify supply gaps, inventory concerns, capacity constraints, and delayed launches by analyzing relevant metrics in Global Operations and Supply Chain (GO & SC) and inventory data.
• Apply data-driven techniques to solve business problems.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis.
• Build scorecards to measure business performance using clear KPIs and drivers.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Data analytics and visualization skills to facilitate decision-making.
• Ability to craft narratives around performance data.
• Analytical support for growth, change, and efficiency initiatives.
• Experience in portfolio strategy, governance, and process improvements.
