Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Technical Program Director, located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The Program Director provides overall leadership and strategic oversight for the CRM program. he should ensure that program objectives align with organization’s strategic priorities, oversee program governance, and manage interdependencies between projects.

The role also involves managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight : Define and drive the program strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary interface between executive leadership and program teams.
• Program Governance : Ensure that the program adheres to governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting program delivery.
• Resource & Budget Management : Oversee budget allocation and resource planning to ensure effective program execution.
• Performance Monitoring : Track key program milestones and outcomes, ensuring accountability.
• Program-level budgets and resource plans.
• Risk mitigation plans at the program level.
• High-level platform direction within program constraints
• Manage changes to program scope, cost, or timeline.
• Participate in enterprise-wide strategy.
• Oversea regulatory compliance.
