The role of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Developer will be familiar with at least two endtoend implementations of corporate CRM systems in Dynamics The Microsoft Dynamics Technical Developer will be responsible for analyzing designing building and testing the solutions The Microsoft Dynamics Technical Developer will be considered a product expert responsible for providing support in CRM issue escalation and resolution This role is typically focused on more complex assignments often requiring diverse inputs processes and or outcomes with room for discretion within established parameters Job Location Abu Dhabi UAE Job Type Permanent Notice period 30 Days KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The CRM Technical Developer is responsible for the Analysis design build and testing of the CRM system This includes gathering and documenting requirements configuring the CRM system data migration and setting up security and access controls They work closely with business stakeholders business analysts and product owners to understand the business processes and tailor the CRM system to meet specific requirements Enhance the efficiency of the development testing and release process CRM systems often need to be integrated with other software applications such as ERP systems marketing automation platforms or ecommerce platforms The CRM Technical Developer is responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions ensuring seamless flow of data between different systems They provide technical support to clients during and after the CRM implementation They troubleshoot issues identify root causes and propose and implement solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system Ensure technical issues are resolved in a costeffective efficient and timely manner They prepare technical documentation on work items which consists of technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid mitigate and resolve risks and technical debt KNOWLEDGE SKILLS One of the certifications from the following is required Power Apps Dynamics Developer AssociatePower Platform Solution Architect ExpertPower Automate RPA Developer AssociateMinimum 2 endtoend implementation experienceThe candidate should have a deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM Experience in implementing online cloud CRM solutions A minimum of one endtoend implementation is a must Proven experience in implementing MSD CRM Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Services Omni channel etc modules Deep understanding of best practices Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills Must have handson experience in power automate flow Azure functions web apps and Azure service bus Experience in the public sector is desirable Proficient in related technologies such as Microsoft Flow Office SSRS SSIS SharePoint Microsoft Azure and Power BI Microsoft Azure LogicApps Azure Functions Data Factory Groups or Teams Omni Channel PowerApps and Common Data Services
