A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a CRM Specialist responsible for enhancing client satisfaction and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, particularly in real estate, and a strong background in CRM systems. This role involves client onboarding, database management, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams, making it critical for a seamless customer experience.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing client satisfaction, and improving overall customer experience. You will handle SPAs (Sales & Purchase Agreements) and contracts, inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients. Your role will focus on utilizing CRM systems to track interactions, analyze customer data, and deliver personalized communication.
Note: Should have a Real Estate Developer background. Should have experience dealing with CRM software. Experience dealing with DLD is a plus. With at least 3-5 years’ experience in the same profession. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). The candidate should be available in UAE, with transferable visa.
