Job description

Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the issuance of critical legal documents, including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Oqood (Pre-registration), Title deeds, and Mortgage registrations.
  2. Coordinate with the Finance team to follow up on emailing receipts and invoices related to payments. Keep track of all payment-related information about the clients.
  3. Stay up-to-date with company offers by coordinating with relevant departments.
  4. Liaise effectively with various departments to address and fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
  5. Lead the digitalization of processes to reduce cycle time and enhance the efficiency of customer request processing.
  6. Conduct product and process training to ensure staff are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  7. Analyze CRM data to extract valuable insights about customer behavior and preferences.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports to management with KPIs and recommendations for improvements.
  9. Escalate sensitive issues to management and provide appropriate solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  10. Manage and lead the Property Handover team, ensuring tasks are completed as planned and in accordance with established processes.
  11. Provide leadership for the Home Orientation & Handover team, overseeing the delivery of units to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  12. Assist customers with mortgage requirements in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), enhancing the overall customer experience.
  13. Visit Dubai authorities as required.
