Job Description
A CRM IT Project Manager is sole responsible for overseeing the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer engagement strategies. Below are the detailed capabilities required for this role:

Technical and Domain Expertise
- Proficient in leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM or any other CRM platform.
- Deep understanding of CRM functionalities, including customer data management, lead generation, sales pipeline management, marketing automation, and customer service.
- Integration Expertise:
- Experience integrating CRM systems with other enterprise systems such as Core Banking, ERP, Payment Gateways, and Digital Channels.
- Skilled in API development, middleware platforms, and data synchronization processes.
- Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Knowledge of CRM data structures for generating actionable insights.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI to create dashboards and reports.
- Customization and Configuration:
- Experience in tailoring CRM workflows, user interfaces, and features to meet specific business needs.
- Knowledge of low-code or custom development for unique organizational requirements.
