Job description

Join the CRM team at Chanel Middle East as a CRM Data Analyst Intern for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will support the execution of clientele initiatives, enhance and manage client data, and provide insightful analyses to drive client engagement strategies. Working closely with the Client Engagement & Digital Executive, you will contribute to the optimization of CRM tools and play a key role in delivering impactful marketing actions across the network.

Responsibilities:

CRM & Clientele


  • Assist the Client Engagement & Digital Executive and business counterparts in implementing clientele actions.
  • Support the operational execution of clientele activations, including emailers, digital and print cards, brochures, and more.
  • Help drive the adoption of retail clientele tools and coordinate with HQ (Paris) for bug fixes and improvements.
  • Contribute to the deployment of new features on clientele tools.
  • Provide monthly KPIs on clientele activities, client listings, and ROI calculations across the network.
  • Assist with ad-hoc queries related to events and marketing activities.


Data Management


  • Contribute to database growth and enrichment, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Report duplicates profiles and establish dashboards to monitor data capture and corrections.
  • Reconcile and link data from various databases to generate insights on clients across the network.


Client Insights


  • Support in analyzing client database and profiles to derive valuable insights.
  • Present data in a visually engaging manner to facilitate understanding and decision-making.


What we’re looking for:


  • Bachelors/ master's degree in business
  • Experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background.
  • Strong technical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, index, match, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Power BI.
  • A solid understanding of client needs and behaviors.
  • Excellent communication skills to address the needs and challenges of internal partners.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with Adobe Campaign is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
