We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented CRM Executive with Receptionist responsibilities to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This dual-role professional will be responsible for managing our customer relationship systems while also providing front desk support to clients and visitors. Fluency in any European language will be considered a strong advantage, as we cater to a broad international clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and lead data.
- Coordinate client communication and follow-up processes for local and international leads.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Assist with campaign tracking, lead source reporting, and client retention strategies.
- Support in post-sales activities, document handling, and issue resolution.
Receptionist Duties:
- Welcome and direct all visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with promptness and courtesy.
- Organize meeting rooms and maintain visitor logs and front desk operations.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, courier handling, and database entry.
- Ensure the reception area is maintained to a professional standard at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CRM operations or front desk/receptionist roles, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sectors.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of one or more European languages—such as Polish, Serbian, Romanian, Hungarian, German, Italian, Russian, Greek, or Dutch—is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with clients from European markets is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Culturally sensitive and able to engage with a diverse international clientele.
