The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships through the effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role supports the implementation of customer engagement strategies, ensures accurate data management, and improves customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, customer-focused, and have experience using CRM platforms to drive marketing, sales, and service initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system.

Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and engagement patterns.

Coordinate CRM campaigns to support sales and marketing objectives.

Segment customer databases for personalized communication and targeting.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Ensure CRM data integrity through regular audits and cleansing.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align strategies.

Assist in automation workflows and journey mapping in CRM tools.

Requirements:
