Job description

A CRM Executive is responsible for managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system of an organization. They oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM software, as well as analyze customer data to improve sales and marketing strategies. The executive also trains and supports employees in using the CRM system effectively.

Responsibilities

  1. Implement and customize CRM software to meet business needs.
  2. Manage customer data and ensure data integrity and security.
  3. Analyze customer information to identify trends and insights.
  4. Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  5. Train employees in using the CRM system and provide ongoing support.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  7. Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  8. Stay updated with latest CRM trends and technologies.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in CRM implementation and management.
  3. Strong knowledge of CRM software and databases.
  4. Analytical skills to interpret customer data and generate insights.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  8. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
