CRM Developer

Responsibilities:

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM, especially the Marketing module (e.g., segments, customer journeys, email templates)
• Integrate CRM with external systems, if needed (e.g., APIs, Azure services, Power Platform)
• Create and configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles
• Support solution deployment, data migration, and ongoing system maintenance
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
• Strong knowledge of customization techniques in Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 Marketing features: customer journeys, lead scoring, marketing forms/emails
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment via Solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience with Azure Functions, Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Dataverse
