PioneerVision Consultant seeks a strategic CRM Manager in Dubai to lead the CRM function within a leading financial services environment. You will oversee a team of CRM Specialists, optimize CRM platforms, and drive data-led strategies to enhance client retention and engagement across all touchpoints.

The role requires 5+ years in CRM with leadership experience in Forex/financial services, strong English communication, and advanced analytical skills.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of CRM experience in Forex/financial services or related industry.
• Proven leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, workflow, segmentation, campaigns, and data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
• Advanced Excel/MS Office; BI/reporting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the CRM team to deliver high-performance results.
• Oversee CRM strategies to improve retention, engagement, and customer experience.
• Manage CRM campaigns, workflows, and data governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Tech teams.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
