Key Accountabilities

  • Campaign Development: Design and develop customer journeys for various lifecycle stages, leveraging marketing automation platforms like Insider.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Create and refine segmentation strategies to ensure targeted, personalized communication that improves customer engagement and retention.
  • Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other testing methods to continuously optimize campaigns for better productivity, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret campaign metrics, generating actionable insights that inform future CRM strategy and share regular performance reports with the marketing team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to CRM processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and performance.
  • Lifecycle Management: Support the implementation of lifecycle management strategies, ensuring relevant, timely communications for each stage of the customer journey.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with CRM platforms within the Retail Industry.
  • Experience with B2C CRM platforms (e.g., Insider, Braze, Clevertap, or similar).
  • Expertise in executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push, in-app).
  • Experience with cross-channel messaging strategies and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and apply insights for optimization.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Work experience in the UAE.
  • Experience with CRM platform Insider.
