About the Role

This position is within our Five Guys brand. We are seeking a Crew Member for our Al Jada branch. The primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience consistently.

Responsibilities

1. Provide the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment, resolving simple queries and escalating complex issues to Managers.
2. Adhere to brand standards and complete ongoing training through Five Guys University courses.
3. Contribute to the restaurant's goals and targets through active effort.
4. Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in the kitchen and customer areas, including restocking and sanitation tasks.
5. Follow uniform, grooming, punctuality, and food safety standards diligently.
6. Operate the cash register accurately and manage company assets responsibly.
7. Support team members in their duties, fostering a collaborative work environment.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a service role, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
