Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment. Attempt to resolve simple customer queries and refer difficult customer queries to Managers.
• Adhere to brand standards at all times and keep up to date with Five Guys University courses.
• Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and actively contribute efforts to achieve these.
• Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort standards, including restocking workstations, maintaining restrooms and terrace areas, and completing daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Follow basic essentials such as uniforms, grooming, punctuality, and strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements and practices.
• Use the company cash register accurately and maintain proper control of company assets.
• Work as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties.
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.
