Job Description

A Crew Controller plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing the crew members involved in various operations. They are responsible for ensuring that the assigned crew members are efficiently deployed to meet operational requirements. The role involves effective communication with the crew, monitoring schedules, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

• Assigning crew members to specific roles based on their qualifications and availability.
• Monitoring crew schedules and making necessary adjustments to cover shifts effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies regarding crew work hours.
• Communicating important information to crew members regarding schedules, changes, and updates.
• Coordinating with other departments to address crew-related issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Managing crew certifications, training requirements, and documentation for regulatory purposes.
• Tracking crew performance and providing feedback for improvement as needed.
• Responding to crew members' inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Preparing reports on crew utilization, availability, and operational efficiency for management review.
• Participating in crew planning meetings and contributing insights to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in crew scheduling, rostering, or similar roles within the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, crew duty limitations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in crew management software systems and MS Office applications.
