Job Description
  1. Meet monthly sales targets through strategic selling and effective in-market executions.
  2. Ensure timely and full payments as per finance guidelines.
  3. Identify business opportunities and maximize SKU distribution across various modern trade channels, submitting reports with recommendations.
  4. Maintain product availability and visibility through proper execution of POP drivers, ensuring optimal ROI for market activities.
  5. Obtain pre-approval for all spends and update trackers post-implementation.
  6. Negotiate and support BDA negotiations with ASM/Supervisor, ensuring clause implementation.
  7. Monitor and report competitor activities weekly, providing improvement recommendations.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, addressing grievances proactively.
  9. Monitor merchandisers' schedules daily.
Operational Management/Coordination
  1. Process and verify orders efficiently via HHT device with accuracy.
  2. Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Regularly report sales achievements, issues, activity updates, and collections to the supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

  • Age 23-30 years
  • 2-3 years FMCG van sales experience
  • Valid UAE manual driving license
