What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the end-to-end credit administration lifecycle—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all internal credit policies and checklists.

Review loan applications and documentation to support the credit underwriting process—making sure everything is on point before the next step.

Be the voice of clarity—call customers to explain credit matters, clarify documentation requirements, and ensure a seamless experience.

Track and meet KPIs for process timelines, quality checks, and SLA compliance.

Proactively flag any issues, delays, or risks—your attention to detail will keep the credit wheels running smoothly.

Collaborate closely with internal credit, risk, and compliance teams to maintain the highest standards of process execution.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in credit administration or credit operations (fintech or banking preferred).

Strong exposure to credit underwriting and a deep understanding of loan documentation requirements.

Fluent in Arabic & English—you're confident in your communication and can handle customer conversations like a pro.

Detail-obsessed with an analytical mindset—you see risks and opportunities before they appear on the radar.

Comfortable navigating MS Office and credit management platforms.

Process-oriented with a track record of delivering on KPIs and operational targets.
