Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing credit risk, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize financial risk.
  • Analyze credit applications and financial statements to determine creditworthiness of clients.
  • Establish credit limits and terms for new and existing customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts and initiate collection processes for overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance and risk exposure.
  • Continuously analyze and improve the effectiveness of billing processes and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international credit laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management or a similar role.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in credit risk assessment.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit laws, regulations, and best practices.
