Job description

At ACE Gallagher Insurance Brokers, our office located in Business Bay - Dubai is currently looking for a Credit Controller with 2 -4 years of experience in credit accounts and collections.

Main Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of credit accounts, Premium collection from clients and updating account daily basis and informing insurers timely to issue receipts.
  • Maintain chase information on the credit control system
  • Undertake regular reporting on debtor levels and overdue accounts to the various parts of the business and the Credit Manager and Credit Supervisor
  • Producing weekly client / supplier aged debtor reports
  • Issuing monthly client / supplier statements/ Reconciliation of client and insurer accounts.
  • Proactively chasing all outstanding invoices and claims assigned to your individual aged debtor report
  • Ensuring the integrity of individual client / supplier call logs
  • Achieving individual collection targets whilst minimizing bad debt exposure
  • Resolving client / supplier queries
  • Ensuring Credit Control Guidelines are adhered to at all times
  • Adheres to the contents of the Company’s overall internal procedures and policies.
  • Miscellaneous tasks within the scope of work, as assigned by the direct manager

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Finance
