Job description

A leading global multinational company is looking to hire a Credit Control Specialist.

The Credit Control Specialist is responsible for pursuing remaining invoices to ensure timely collection and for monitoring and controlling credit extended to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Chasing debt and reducing debtor days following company procedures.
2. Allocating payments in accordance with company policies.
3. Ensuring all major accounts adhere to the agreed order-to-cash cycle.
4. Working towards monthly collection targets.
5. Performing daily and month-end reporting and account reconciliations.
6. Investigating and resolving queries related to nonpayment of invoices.

Language Skills:

Arabic - Fluent/Excellent
English - Very Good

Additional Requirements:

• Own a car (any type).
• Have a valid driving license.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified CA/CPA.
• Experience in head office reporting within a large organization (preferred).
• 3 to 6 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in computer programs, especially Excel.
• Analytical skills with problem-solving ability.
• Polite yet determined telephone manner.
• English proficiency is essential; Arabic language skills are desirable.
