Credit Administration Officer – Banking Documentation

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

  1. Prepare facility offer letters, term loan agreements, and security documents in line with credit approvals
  2. Vet legal documents and verify authenticity of signatories and resolutions
  3. Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards
  4. Rectify discrepancies in security documentation from legacy records
  5. Obtain required approvals for deferrals or waivers of incomplete documentation
  6. Maintain accurate collateral data within the bank's systems
  7. Track document expiry and deficiencies and ensure timely renewal
  8. Conduct periodic reviews to confirm custody and validity of documentation
  9. Safely archive and manage security documents in the vault
  10. Release collaterals and credit lines only upon proper authorization and liability clearance

What Skills Are Needed for a Credit Administration Officer in Dubai?

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Corporate Banking
At least 3 years in Corporate Credit Administration preferred

Skills:
Familiarity with banking software and core systems
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of UAE's legal framework and Central Bank regulations
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork
