What Does a Credit Administration Officer Banking Documentation Do?
First Abu Dhabi Bank is hiring a Credit Administration Officer for its Dubai operations. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and verifying facility documentation related to credit operations. The position focuses on accurate detailing of banking credit facilities, maintaining collateral records, ensuring the enforceability of security documentation, and providing support for internal reporting and regulatory compliance.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Prepare facility offer letters, term loan agreements, and security documents in line with credit approvals
- Vet legal documents and verify authenticity of signatories and resolutions
- Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards
- Rectify discrepancies in security documentation from legacy records
- Obtain required approvals for deferrals or waivers of incomplete documentation
- Maintain accurate collateral data within the bank s systems
- Track document expiry and deficiencies and ensure timely renewal
- Conduct periodic reviews to confirm custody and validity of documentation
- Safely archive and manage security documents in the vault
- Release collaterals and credit lines only upon proper authorization and liability clearance
What Skills Are Needed for a Credit Administration Officer in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience:
- 1 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking
- At least 3 years in Corporate Credit Administration preferred
