Organization Unit Purpose:

The Credit Administration unit exists to provide comprehensive credit administration and operational support to Wholesale Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management. It ensures accurate preparation, execution, and safekeeping of facility and security documentation, effective monitoring of collaterals, and timely furnishing of MIS to stakeholders. The unit plays a vital role in maintaining prudent risk culture, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Shariah guidelines, and supporting business units on all credit and risk-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare facility letters, security, and other documentation in line with approval terms and policies.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports, records, and databases for effective risk monitoring.
  • Ensure quality control in credit risk analysis and liaise with business units on all credit-related matters.
  • Review executed facility and security documents for compliance with approvals and Shariah guidelines.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and ensure timely execution of internal processes.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business-related majors
  • Minimum 4–6 years’ relevant experience in credit operations and trade services
  • Strong knowledge of Islamic banking products and credit control functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office with strong analytical and organizational skills
