Job summary

F31agency seeks a talented videographer/photographer to translate brand briefs into compelling video and photography across campaigns and live events. You will plan shoots, manage lighting and audio, and deliver polished edits for various platforms.

The role requires a strong showreel, proficiency in industry tools, and the ability to shape content from concept through post-production while collaborating with creative and production teams. Dubai-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in videography, photography and editing.
• A strong showreel and photography portfolio demonstrating storytelling and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera operation, audio capture, colour grading and visual storytelling.
• Experience planning and delivering shoots from concept development and location scouting through scheduling, capture and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy and creative briefs into compelling video and photography across digital platforms, social media, campaigns and live events.
• Plan and execute shoots across sport, lifestyle, products and destinations, managing camera, lighting and audio requirements.
• Own the edit from raw footage to final delivery, adapting assets for each platform and format.
• Work closely with Creative, Production and Client Management teams to deliver on-brand work within timelines.
