Job summary

Division50, a Dubai-based lead generation and digital marketing company, is seeking an experienced videographer to create compelling video content for social media and paid campaigns. You will translate client briefs into concepts, guide talent on camera presence, and oversee shoot prep from shot lists to lighting and audio.

You have 3+ years in videography, a strong portfolio of short-form content, and proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Immediate UAE-based availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in videography, video editing and social media content.
• Strong portfolio of short-form and branded content.
• Ability to direct and coach people on camera.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Camera operation, lighting and audio recording skills.
• Currently based in the UAE and able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for social media and paid advertising.
• Translate client briefs into video concepts, hooks, scripts, and talking points.
• Guide clients on posing, delivery, and on-camera presence.
• Manage shoot preparation including shot lists, equipment, lighting, and audio.
• Produce platform-appropriate videos with captions and calls to action.
• Manage footage, revisions, and deadlines across multiple client projects.
