Job description

In today s world, you have three seconds to stop the scroll. Three seconds to grab attention, spark curiosity, and pull the audience in. We re looking for a Video Editor with Motion Graphics expertise who knows how to do just that turn casual viewers into engaged audiences and engaged audiences into customers.

This role goes beyond cutting clips. It s about strategic storytelling creating videos that don t just look good but make people feel something. Whether it s inspiring them to book a dream getaway, making them crave an incredible meal, or igniting excitement for an unforgettable waterpark experience, your work will drive action.

You ll be producing high-impact marketing content across two iconic resorts, the world s largest waterpark, and 52 restaurants. Your edits will live across social media, digital ad campaigns, OOH displays, in-resort screens, and beyond.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Editing dynamic marketing content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), digital ad campaigns, and in-resort promotional screens.
  • Creating multiple format adaptations of videos ensuring content is optimized for different screen sizes, aspect ratios, and placements.
  • Creating content that works across multiple formats from thumb-stopping short-form videos to high-impact OOH digital screens.
  • Bringing brand stories to life through engaging video narratives, bold transitions, and motion graphics.
  • Selecting the right music, sound effects, and visual pacing to match each brand s unique tone and energy.
  • Ensuring all edits align with marketing goals driving engagement, bookings, and brand visibility.
  • Adapting to different brand aesthetics from luxury, high-end experiences to high-energy, fun-filled content.
  • Managing and organizing the video asset library ensuring footage, templates, and projects are categorized and easily accessible for the team.
  • Staying ahead of editing trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to keep content fresh and impactful.

  • You know how to edit with impact, using pacing, motion, and music to evoke emotion and engagement.
  • You re plugged into digital trends and understand what makes content perform across different platforms and screens.
  • You can shift between different styles and tones effortlessly, ensuring each brand s identity is maintained while keeping things fresh.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality.

Your Skillset

  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve & After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of social media video formats & marketing best practices.
  • Experience in crafting video assets for digital OOH screens, in-resort displays, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Ability to integrate motion graphics that enhance storytelling and brand identity.
  • A strong ear for music selection you know how to choose sound that elevates the edit.
  • Bonus: Graphic design skills for added versatility.
