Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-scale creative campaigns from ideation to final delivery
  • Translate sometimes open or incomplete briefs into strategic, compelling creative work
  • Craft bold, culturally relevant creative concepts that cut through the clutter
  • Ensure world-class quality across every touchpoint—design, film, digital, and beyond
  • Build strong creative briefs for internal teams and external production partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team
  • Background as an Associate Creative Director or Senior Art Director
  • Strong portfolio with youth-driven, culturally sharp, impactful integrated campaigns
  • Extensive experience attending shorts, leading productions, and crafting high quality content
  • Smart, resourceful use of AI tools to supercharge creativity – not replace it
