Who You Are
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can translate cultural context, audience behaviour, and data into bold creative direction fuelling social-first ideas that resonate across the region and scale into full 360 campaigns.
Strategic Leadership
- Our ideal candidate will partner and collaborate with clients at the highest level, and play an instrumental role in developing and driving high-profile, best-in-class campaigns.
- Capable of leading the strategic planning process internally and externally, from client briefs and workshops, through to internal planning, activation and analysis.
- Experienced leader in cross-channel media, ATL & BTL: TVC, OOH, digital and social (organic and paid).
- Able to lead and facilitate a collaborative planning approach with platform partners and media agencies, as well as facilitate quarterly QBRs.
Planning Experience
- We're searching for a next-gen strategic thinker. Someone who truly understands the media ecosystem, consumer behaviour in the region and can connect qualitative & quantitative research to build insight-driven recommendations for the brand's go-to-market strategy.
- A track record in owning the development of exceptional creative strategies, particularly for localised campaigns in MENA.
- Deep understanding of the cultural norms, attitudes and nuances of the region.
- Ability to dig deep on consumer research, analyse data and identify market trends, in order to define strategic opportunities for the brand.
- Understand the relationship between brand and performance marketing, how to optimise brands for digital and drive growth.
- Ability to build communication plans and messaging matrices based on audience segmentation and media plans.
- Ability to analyse performance reports and campaign learnings, together with internal and external stakeholders, to refine the strategy and amplify future performance impact.
- Eager to stay up to date with the ever-evolving digital landscape and latest developments.
Strategic Quality Assurance
- As the internal and external gatekeeper of the strategic vision, you'll ensure that partners and internal teams align to and deliver on expectations.
- Drive creative quality of the brand across the region, localising brands in every way possible.
- Ensure internal creative delivery consistently aligns with strategic objectives and communications plans.
- Continually challenge the team to strive for excellence.
- Aim for the best quality outcomes and outputs for all campaigns.
Client Relationships
- As the creative lead, we expect you to become a valued and trusted advisor to our partners. This requires experience in building strong, long-lasting relationships through expertise and understanding.
- Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key global clients.
- Collaborate with the client and media agency to identify key initiatives for enhancing the long-term effectiveness of campaigns.
- Proactively create briefs and propose solutions that address brand goals, needs, and opportunities.
What You Bring
- 7+ years experience in agency environment.
- Specialist in media and comms planning.
- Experience delivering senior level presentations to clients and internally.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Experience in KSA and launching Saudi focused campaigns (would be a big plus).
