Creative Producer – Freelance (Immediate Start)

We are a leading events agency specializing in creative and entertainment experiences, and we are seeking a Creative Producer to join our team in Dubai on a project basis. The role requires immediate availability, with a commitment through to the end of February 2025, working on-site at our office. The ideal candidate must have experience in creating proposals for large-scale events such as sporting events and medium to large ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Creative Director and team to conceptualize and develop innovative, large-scale event ideas tailored to client briefs.
• Build polished and visually engaging proposals using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Keynote.
• Ensure proposals meet the requirements of large-scale events, including sporting events, ceremonies, and high-profile productions.
• Balance creative concepts with budgetary constraints, ensuring ideas are feasible within financial parameters.
• Lead the pitch process, presenting ideas effectively to clients.
• Manage timelines, coordinate resources, and integrate creative and logistical elements seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Producer, with a strong portfolio of proposals for large-scale events such as sporting events and ceremonies.
• Expertise in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Keynote) and a keen eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of event budgeting, cost management, and production processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Based in Dubai, with immediate availability to work on-site through February 2025.
