PPOAR in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The role offers a salary of 1200 AED and a dynamic, chef-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven pastry experience, strong creativity, food-safety knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team or independently to deliver high-quality desserts and pastries for all occasions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar hospitality role.
• Ability to design creative desserts for various occasions.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality desserts and pastries that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
• Monitor food preparation to ensure standards of taste, texture, presentation and nutrition.
• Create unique recipes as required by kitchen management.
• Maintain knowledge of new pastry trends.
• Work with existing recipes to create unique flavor combinations.
• Follow safety procedures when handling food items.
