Qualifications

• At least 2 years of pastry chef experience.
• Strong baking techniques and knowledge of ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes using measuring tools and equipment.
• Bake pastries including cakes, cookies, tarts and other desserts as specified.
• Decorate cakes using icing techniques.
• Develop new recipe ideas by experimenting with ingredients.
• Maintain and clean kitchen equipment regularly.
• Follow food safety regulations at all times.
