Job Description:
We're looking for a Senior Creative Manager/ Creative Director to spearhead innovation at a leading beauty brand. Reporting directly to the Global Brand Director, this role is a dynamic blend of creative vision, strategic prowess, and exceptional leadership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the creation of captivating campaigns, overseeing them from inception to execution.
  2. Develop sketches, storyboards, and diverse creative assets like event designs, social media content, and in-store displays.
  3. Establish brand guidelines for all visual and graphic elements.
  4. Budget management and performance evaluations for the team's growth.

Requirements:

  1. Graphic design degree or equivalent agency background.
  2. 5 years of experience in creative management.
  3. Impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand communication and graphic design for print and digital platforms.
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other creative tools.
  5. Strong ability to articulate design concepts clearly and confidently.
  6. Previous exposure to the beauty sector is advantageous.
