Creative Manager
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, motion, and experiential platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to conceptualize and produce high-impact visuals, campaigns, and brand stories.
- Translate business objectives and brand strategies into clear creative strategies and deliverables.
- Supervise and mentor the creative team while managing workflows, timelines, and priorities.
- Oversee the production of digital assets, advertisements, videos, presentations, and brand collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs in line with established visual identity guidelines.
- Develop engaging content that aligns with market trends and consumer behavior insights.
- Monitor campaign performance and adapt creative strategies based on KPIs and feedback.
- Manage creative budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with media, event, and communications teams to support broader marketing efforts.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in creative marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Agency and/or client-side experience within the aviation industry preferred; experience in low-cost airline marketing is a significant advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Qualifications (KSAOs):
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- A Diploma in Video Editing & Visual Effects is a plus.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and animation tools for 2D, 3D & 4D motion graphics.
- Exceptional creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for visual details and aesthetics.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work and successful campaigns.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into effective and engaging creative content.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Skilled in media relations, events management, and communication planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with marketing standards, policies, and regulations, especially within aviation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market demands and organizational priorities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
