Job description

We are a leading creative agency specializing in delivering dynamic marketing solutions for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and visionary Creative Head with agency experience to lead our content creation team. This role will involve overseeing all video and design projects, ensuring that our creative output aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines, while pushing the boundaries of innovative content.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Creative Leadership : Lead and inspire the creative team in producing innovative and high-quality video, design, and content across multiple platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, etc.).
  • Content Strategy & Direction : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies. Define the creative vision for each project, ensuring it aligns with client goals and brand identity.
  • Content Creation Oversight : Oversee the entire content creation process, from conceptualization to production and final delivery, ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of creativity and quality.
  • Video Production : Manage the production of videos, including overseeing the scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final production of video content for various marketing channels.
  • Design Leadership : Lead the design team in creating compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences. Ensure designs are on-brand, innovative, and support overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, account, and client teams to ensure creative concepts and deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and campaign objectives.
  • Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated to meet the creative needs of each project.
  • Quality Control : Ensure all creative outputs meet agency standards and are delivered on time and within budget, with the highest quality and creative execution.
  • Innovation & Trends : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital technologies, and creative practices. Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging new and fresh ideas that engage and excite audiences.
  • Client Engagement : Present creative concepts to clients, pitch ideas, and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving creative needs.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Creative Head, or similar role within an agency environment.
  • Strong experience in content creation, including video production, graphic design, and multimedia content.
  • Expertise in using creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of creative strategies and how they apply to different digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in leading and managing a creative team, fostering collaboration and delivering high-quality work.
  • A keen eye for detail, design, and storytelling, with the ability to execute creative concepts effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and setting new trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field.
