  • Manage project timelines and ensure delivery within the set budget and deadlines.
  • Research and implement industry trends to keep the team updated and market-relevant.
  • Mentor and guide the professional development of creative team members through feedback.
  • Facilitate and lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and solutions.
  • Ensure all design work is legally compliant and culturally appropriate on a global scale.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in graphic design roles, with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a comprehensive range of creative and unique projects.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present creative ideas.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding visual design skills with a meticulous eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
