Job summary

Mayflower Studio & Flower Shop in Dubai seeks a visionary Creative Director to own online storytelling and photography, shaping an editorial, luxurious presence across platforms. You will lead campaigns, shoots, captions and community management with the founders and floral team.

You will drive visual identity, curate moodboards, plan content calendars and deliver striking images and videos that elevate the brand beyond product photos.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating photography and creative direction in luxury/fashion/beauty or equivalent
• Experience managing a brand's Instagram (and TikTok) with measurable growth
• Strong eye for composition, light, colour and concept
• Ability to lead a creative vision from concept to published content independently
• Proficiency with editing tools: Lightroom and Premiere Pro, or CapCut for mobile editing
• Strong written English for captions and DMs with a confident voice
• Self-directed, organized and able to own a content calendar

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve our visual and narrative identity across platforms
• Develop concepts for campaigns, seasons and product launches from idea to final asset
• Build moodboards, shot lists and briefs with a clear point of view
• Identify stories worth telling that engage audiences
• Plan and execute product photography for bouquets and campaigns
• Shoot BTS content and studio life
• Style and compose editorial, luxurious shots and maintain consistency
• Edit and retouch imagery to on-brand standards
• Maintain a content library organized by season, product and occasion
• Own Instagram and TikTok end-to-end: strategy, planning, posting and community management
• Create and edit Reels/short-form video with tasteful trends
• Write captions matching brand voice
• Build monthly content calendar in advance
• Respond to DMs and comments timely and brand-consistently
• Identify influencer/gifting opportunities
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth and referrals
• Produce visuals for emails, Shopify site and gifting catalogs
• Collaborate on seasonal campaigns
• Assist event coverage and bring creative ideas to brand direction
