Job Description
Position Overview:
Jahan Geneva is seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Director to lead all digital and marketing campaigns, ensuring that every visual representation aligns with the brand's luxury positioning. This role is a kin to an architect—it designs, conceptualizes, and oversees the brand's creative vision but does not directly build it. The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping creative ideas, developing innovative concepts for digital content, and overseeing all aspects of the brand’s imagery, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s values of exclusivity and craftsmanship. Additionally, the Creative Director will be responsible for the creation of high-end catalogs, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand's digital marketing strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment with Jahan Geneva’s high-end positioning.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and innovative digital content (e.g., social media posts, advertisements, brochures, catalogs, and event collateral).
- Act as the visionary behind all creative aspects, including concept development for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury identity.
- Design and direct the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring each piece of content is of the highest quality.
- Own and manage the brand’s visual content library, maintaining a photo bank of items and ensuring it is constantly updated with fresh, high-quality imagery.
- Work with external photographers, stylists, and creative professionals to produce original and on-brand photography of products, events, and experiences.
- Lead the creative direction for all digital campaigns, ensuring they reflect the brand’s ethos, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
- Develop unique and visually striking posters, banners, and other collateral for social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to ensure the creative vision is translated effectively in all digital campaigns and materials.
- Design and oversee the production of high-end catalogs, brochures, and printed marketing materials that align with the brand’s luxury identity.
- Ensure that each catalog or brochure captures the brand's narrative and showcases products in a way that resonates with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the highest quality materials and finishes are used in printed marketing materials.
- Take ownership of the brand’s photo bank, ensuring that the photography is always up-to-date and aligns with the brand’s evolving creative needs.
- Identify gaps in the current photo collection, and ensure new product photos are captured to meet marketing and digital needs.
- Translate the brand's luxury experience into visually rich content, ensuring every touchpoint of the brand communicates exclusivity, attention to detail, and Swiss craftsmanship.
- Understand the brand’s market position and craft campaigns and visuals that will resonate with the target audience of ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction.
- Proven track record of managing and directing creative teams to produce high-quality digital content.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and the visual storytelling that appeals to an elite clientele.
- Exceptional photography skills, or the ability to direct and manage high-end product photography and lifestyle imagery.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute campaigns that align with the brand’s vision and target market.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate the brand's narrative visually and consistently across all platforms.
