Now Hiring: Creative Director – International Studio | Dubai Based Role

An established creative studio with global operations is looking for a hands-on, client-facing Creative Director to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact, high-visibility projects across branding, media, and live events in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

About the Role:

You’ll be managing an international team of 20+, working closely with in-house Art Directors, 3D/1D Designers, and a Head of Traffic to deliver end-to-end creative solutions — from brand messaging to full-scale production. Projects range from major sports events and stadium branding to high-budget ceremonies involving drone shows and live media coverage.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Take full creative ownership across a diverse portfolio of regional and international projects
• Communicate confidently with clients and maintain a strong working relationship with the CEO
• Oversee concept development, storytelling, and creative execution for media and live events
• Lead and mentor a team across Italy, Oman, and Saudi Arabia
• Collaborate with production houses, artists, and department heads on project delivery
• Ensure smooth workflow through strategic oversight and hands-on problem solving
