Job summary

Chairon House, a Dubai-based social wellness and performance club, seeks a Creative Lead to guide the overall visual and narrative identity. The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, reporting to cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling campaigns and content for members and events.

The ideal candidate will own creative concepts, maintain brand standards, and manage resources and partnerships to deliver coherent experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to define and lead the club's visual and narrative identity.
• Expertise in Branding and Art Direction to develop cohesive brand systems and oversee high-quality visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design with ability to review, refine, and set standards for digital, print, and environmental design.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and communicating creative concepts, overseeing visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints, and guiding design execution for campaigns, events, environments, and member communications. The Creative Director collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and programming teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies and content. The role also involves managing creative resources, providing feedback and direction to designers and external partners, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all materials.
