We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Director to lead brand visual execution for Mair Group’s retail brands. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in POSM design, omnichannel visual campaigns, and store decoration, blending creativity with retail impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Vision & Campaign Development

  • Define and lead the creative direction for all retail campaigns, promotions, and in-store branding initiatives.
  • Drive the development of creative concepts and execution plans across omnichannel platforms (print, digital, social, in-store).
  • Ensure each campaign reflects the unique tone and identity of each retail brand under Mair Group.
  • Oversee the design and rollout of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) including shelf strips, wobblers, standees, backdrops, window decals, and floor graphics.
  • Align creative with merchandising teams for store layouts, product placements, and promotional zones.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit execution and enhance visual appeal.
  • Supervise the production of digital and print assets including social media content, newsletters, product launch visuals, and in-store displays.
  • Create brand consistency across all touchpoints while allowing for retail-specific adaptations.

Store Decoration & Environment Design

  • Lead the creative planning for store decoration themes , event-based installations, and seasonal visual takeovers.
  • Collaborate with store operations, fit-out, and VM teams to deliver immersive and impactful customer experiences.
  • Manage a team of designers, copywriters, photographers, and external creative agencies.
  • Set deadlines, creative benchmarks, and project scopes to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

Stakeholder Management

  • Present creative strategies and visual proposals to brand heads, retail leads, and senior executives.
  • Translate commercial briefs into creative deliverables, balancing brand integrity with sales-driven design.

Brand Guardianship & Innovation

  • Uphold and evolve the visual identity of each retail brand across physical and digital spaces.
  • Explore new design tools, retail innovations (e.g., motion displays, AR / VR), and customer engagement formats.
  • Monitor market trends and customer behavior to ensure creative relevance and impact.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail design, including POSM and store creative execution.
  • Proven ability to lead brand identity and store campaigns end to end.
  • Strong portfolio of retail creative work (POSM, in-store, campaign visuals).
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and retail-focused design tools.
