We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling and engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand message. You will collaborate with various teams to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs for both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses strong creative and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, online and offline.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that align with the overall brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to deliver designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs, ensuring high-quality deliverables within designated timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and ensure relevance in a competitive market.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the target market, competitors, and industry best practices to develop designs that resonate with the intended audience.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure proper implementation of designs across different mediums and channels.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and visually compelling brand experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in visual communication or any other design related field.
• Prior experience as a graphic designer, senior designer, or related role, preferably within leading creative / digital marketing agencies
• A good portfolio of past design and creative projects.
• Good command over design techniques and visual elements.
• Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a team in a time-bound environment.
• Design software proficiency (mainly Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent creative problem solving, communication and time management skills.
• High entrepreneurial, communication, collaborative leadership & team playing skills.
• Fluency of spoken & written English, Arabic is a plus but not required.
