Job summary

Meraki Real Estate Development LLC in Dubai seeks a talented Static Creative Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of UAE real estate design experience and a strong portfolio of property-focused visuals.

You will design static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, property launches, and promotional activities, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Content to meet tight deadlines while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of UAE real estate design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate, property, lifestyle, or luxury branding creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, email marketing, and other channels.
• Create marketing materials for property launches, campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotions.
• Develop creatives highlighting property features, payment plans, offers, amenities, locations, floor plans, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver on time.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and campaign requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across projects.
• Produce brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social posts, ads, and other collateral as needed.
• Retouch and edit property images and lifestyle visuals.
• Stay updated on real estate marketing and design trends.

Meraki Real Estate Development LLC is looking for a talented and creative Static Creative Designer to join our marketing team at a leading real estate development company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience and a strong understanding of creating visually compelling designs for property launches, projects, digital marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications.

The candidate should have a good eye for aesthetics, typography, layouts, and branding, with the ability to translate marketing concepts and real estate offerings into high-quality static creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality static creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, websites, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
• Create marketing materials for property launches, project campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Develop creatives for real estate projects, including property features, payment plans, offers, amenities, locations, floor plans, and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives on time.
• Adapt designs according to different platforms, formats, dimensions, and campaign requirements.
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and project branding.
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing collateral when required.
• Retouch and edit property images, lifestyle images, and other visual assets as needed.
• Stay updated with current real estate marketing trends, design trends, typography, and social media creative formats.
• Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, photographers, and other creative partners when required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional graphic/static design experience in the UAE real estate industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate, property, lifestyle, or luxury brand creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media design, digital advertising formats, typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Experience creating creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and email campaigns.
• Basic understanding of real estate marketing terminology and property development campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to take creative direction and also contribute original design ideas.
• UAE real estate experience is mandatory/preferred.
