Responsibilities:

  • Craft daily copy across Shahid’s ecosystem: CRM in-app messages, push notifications, banners, emails, and SMS.
  • Develop campaign concepts from insight to idea to execution, for different titles, categories and brand campaigns.
  • Write scripts and supers for video promos, trailers, and branded content.
  • Lead with creativity while also handling fast, functional day-to-day copy needs.
  • Collaborate with designers and art directors to ensure copy and visuals work hand-in-hand.
  • Play a key role in proactive pitchesand internal creative brainstorming.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 6 years of experience in copywriting, creative strategy, or marketing - ideally in media, streaming, content, or entertainment.
  • Strong trilingual writer: Arabic (native/fluent), English (fluent), French (a plus).
  • Proven ability to write across formats: short-form, long-form, conceptual, brand tone-of-voice work.
  • Deep understanding of Arabic dialects and cultural nuances - especially Egyptian, Levant and GCC.
  • A conceptual thinker who can turn a small brief into a big idea.
  • Experience writing copy that performs in digital marketing and paid media.
