Creative Content Delivery Project Manager

Client of Mehan LLC for Talent Acquisition Services

Our client seeks to engage a Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of various creative, content, and digital projects for Yas Island. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, coordination, and execution skills to ensure the seamless implementation of initiatives that enhance Yas Island’s brand presence and engagement.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders.

Scope of Services

  1. Project Management & Delivery
    • Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative, content, and digital projects for Yas Island, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, creative quality standards, and digital best practices across all projects.
  2. Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
    • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, guest experience, digital, operations) and external agencies, vendors, and content creators.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations, providing clear communication, reporting, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Facilitate creative approvals, feedback loops, and revisions to ensure timely sign-off and execution.
  3. Content & Digital Project Execution
    • Coordinate the production of written, visual, and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with Yas Island’s brand and storytelling objectives.
    • Work closely with digital teams to seek approvals, manage website updates, social media content, video production, and immersive experiences.
  4. Budget & Resource Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial tracking.
    • Negotiate with vendors and agencies to ensure optimal pricing and service quality.
    • Monitor resource allocation, workloads, and timelines to optimize project execution.
  5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
    • Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Track KPIs and project impact metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in creative and execution.
    • Conduct post-project reviews to assess success, challenges, and learnings.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering:

  1. Comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, responsibilities, and risk assessments.
  2. Weekly project status reports detailing progress, challenges, and next steps.
  3. Coordination of creative content and digital assets, managed from concept to final execution.
  4. Stakeholder and agency management, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  5. Budget and financial tracking reports, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
  6. Final project performance analysis, summarizing impact and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within creative, digital, marketing, or content-focused industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in digital content, creative production, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong budget management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
